There are a lot of effective and sustainable weight loss protocols out there. The problem is that you are guessing on what diet and supplement protocol is best for you based on “experts.” Every program focuses on only one or two aspects of weight management. They look at either diet, exercise and/or mindset, but weight loss is a multi-faceted condition that needs to be addressed from a holistic point of view. Believe me, I know because I have been there myself.

Hello, my name is Erin Dunny a registered dietitian that specializes in weight management. I understand the daily frustration and sometimes isolating experience that comes with weight loss because I have had those feelings too. I have a certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition Therapy, Integrative Gastroenterology, NASM certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 nutrition coach.
The past 8 years, I have been increasingly passionate about helping my clients take a holistic approach to weight loss in order to take back control of their self-confidence to be able to focus on the things that matter most to them. I would be truly honored to partner with you on your journey to achieve food freedom.
My hope is that by the end of this program, you will truly have achieved food freedom. My goal is to have you rediscover who you are and fall back in love with yourself, because you deserve to be happy.

This is our mastermind session where I listen to your story and we plan out your program specific to your needs and concerns
I will give you exercises and activities that are designed to get you thinking about your Life Vision and what truly brings you joy. Through the use of different meditations and focusing exercises, you will learn to listen to the wisdom of your body to create the life of your dreams.
One of my favorite sayings is Amor Fati or “accepting one’s fate.” German philosopher Fredrich Nietzsche believed this was the formula for human greatness. It is the idea of accepting and embracing everything that has happened and is yet to happen. Part of life is suffering, we do not have to be comfortable all the time. I help you to learn coping skills to navigate through life’s challenges, because it is in those moments that we can grow as a person.
Ayurveda believes that you have your body for a reason. By learning to eat consciously and mindfully, you can become quickly aware of how food impacts your mind, body and soul. It is important that your food choices are tailored specifically to support you, your lifestyle, age and health goals. I encourage you to be an active participant in redefining your relationship with food and create your own food plan that promotes health, vitality, strength and relaxation.

I strive to spend ample time with each of my clients to ensure their self management plan is applicable to their unique lifestyles and make adjustments when needed.
